# Settings

Admins can access and manage their Footlight CMS settings by logging in and clicking Settings in the left navigation. Settings is divided into four configuration pages:&#x20;

* **User management**—View, invite, and remove users. Set the[ Footlight user type](/footlight-cms-guide/introducing-footlight-cms/footlight-users.md) and grant Guest and Contributor users editing access to places, organizations and people they did not create.
* **Listing widgets**—Create an event listing widget to add it to a website. Configure the settings to set appearance and content, and then copy-paste the iframe code snippet into the destination webpage. Changes made to published events will be automatically updated in the widget.
* **General settings**—Configure basic settings for your Footlight CMS including listing name, contact email, language, and timezone; customize image dimensions and add your logo; set up filters and manage additional settings for listing widgets.
* **Mandatory fields**—Choose required fields for each workspace. Users must complete these fields before they can save or publish the entity. Limit required fields to the information that is essential.

Configure **General settings** and **Mandatory fields** when you first set up your Footlight CMS, and update them as needed. Go to **User management** and **Listing widgets** as needed to manage users and create Listing widgets.<br>
